We are excited to announce the next edition of the EUROXR Summer School, taking place from 22–26 June 2026 in Thessaloniki, Greece 🇬🇷 at the Aristotle University Research Dissemination Center (KEDEA).
This year’s Summer School is co-organised with the Alliance4XR project, co-funded by the European Union through the #Erasmus+ programme, and locally organised by the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH).
The programme will offer a hands-on learning experience focused on the practical applications of eXtended Reality, with a special emphasis on engineering applications, including construction, maritime engineering, and energy systems. Participants will engage in both theoretical sessions and practical project work, gaining experience in #XR for simulation, training, and design.

The EUROXR SUMMER SCHOOL is more than just an educational program, it’s a space for discovery, innovation, and collaboration. Designed to bridge the gap between cutting-edge technology and real-world impact, our program explores how Extended Reality (XR) is transforming fields like healthcare, education, cultural heritage, and industry.
We bring together students, researchers, and professionals in an inclusive, hands-on learning environment. Through expert-led lectures, interactive workshops, and collaborative projects, participants gain practical skills and a deeper understanding of how XR can solve real-world challenges.
Over the years, the Summer School has evolved into a leading platform for exploring the intersection of XR. Each edition builds on the last, advancing knowledge, fostering connections, and pushing the boundaries of what these technologies can achieve. Our mission is to inspire the next generation of innovators to harness XR and AI for meaningful change.
