The CO2Pacman Business Forum is scheduled to take place in Valencia from 25 to 27 June 2025. This two-day event will focus on the advancements of the Interreg Euro-MED CO2Pacman project, which aims to guide Mediterranean islands towards climate neutrality by addressing climate change challenges and promoting sustainable development. On the first day, participants will delve into the project’s progress, exploring the latest developments and achievements in driving the implementation of integrated strategies and policies for climate change mitigation and adaptation. This includes engaging public authorities, citizens, and stakeholders in co-creating scenarios for the transition towards climate-neutral islands. The second day will be dedicated to the project’s open innovation initiatives, fostering collaboration and the exchange of ideas to further enhance the project’s impact. Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in interactive sessions, discussions, and workshops designed to promote innovative solutions for achieving climate neutrality in Mediterranean islands. The CO2Pacman project, funded by the Interreg Euro-MED programme, focuses on decarbonising Mediterranean islands and contributing to the green transition. By promoting multi-purpose actions for climate change mitigation and adaptation, the project aims to ensure inclusive and sustainable growth, energy security, and improved quality of life in these regions.
